We met Kelly quite randomly from a listing I saw on Zillow, and had no great expectations on our meeting other than seeing a couple properties. We ended up buying the second house he showed us. His laid back demeanor put me at ease right away, and I really appreciated his lack of salesman-y pushiness. Kelly made the whole process extremely painless and low-stress. We ended up using his recommended lender, inspector, cleaning service, you name it. He's got a deep rolodex of local connections, all of whom were equally easy to work with. It was really nice working with an agent who is a multi-generational Tacoman, as he knows the area like the back of his hand, and I felt like I could trust his instincts and assessments of the property and all the many decision points that come along with making a purchase of this magnitude in an area that is new to us. We definitely plan on calling him up if/when the time comes to sell our home. He's a professional through and through. A++
