Kelly is a fabulous buyer's agent. As soon as she walks into a house, she sees the financial picture (e.g., Do the floors and walls hint at foundation troubles?) and any discrepancy that might exist between what the seller invested financially in the house and what he or she is asking in price. She is a quick study, who is very skilled at assessing how much room there might be for negotiating. Kelly also sees the potential in each home and is excellent at giving you ideas for how you could use and improve a space, and what the order of priority would be. Most importantly perhaps, she can also tell you what it would cost, using standards of high quality and good taste as her basis. Even better, she can tell you where NOT to spend. She's objective and can tell you what to "let go of" so that, once you buy a home, you're not prone to overspending in an area that really won't make a hill of bean's worth of difference. I saw somewhere around six or seven homes with Kelly over the course of a month. She was a quick read on what I'd like and showed me a home that was PERFECT (and which I purchased) before it even went on the market. I credit her keen eye, her sharp mind, her hard work, and her affiliation with a top agency for making that happen. Moreover, the experience of making an offer and purchasing my home was thoroughly enjoyable and, I believe, enjoyable for the seller as well. Both the seller and I came out feeling we had "scored," and this I credit to Kelly's strong business acumen, her sense of what's reasonable and fair to negotiate, and her always pleasant demeanor. If you're buying a home, she's the agent you want working on your behalf.
