We had such a wonderful experience working with Kellie Plucinski and the KP Team. From beginning to end, they truly went above and beyond for us. Kellie is licensed to sell and rent in Maryland, and she listed our property for both sale and rent, successfully securing results within the timeframe we were hoping for. What really stood out was how thoughtful and hands-on she was throughout the entire process. She gave us clear, informed recommendations on how to prepare the property, including staging guidance that made a huge difference. Kellie personally selected pieces to enhance the space, and her eye for detail elevated everything. It never felt transactional; it felt like she genuinely cared about helping us present our home in the best possible way. She actively engaged potential buyers, worked effectively with the property association, and kept us consistently informed about open houses and feedback. When adjustments were needed, she guided us with confidence and calm professionalism. After the walkthrough, her team stepped in to coordinate repairs and keep everything moving smoothly. Communication was seamless across all parties, and we always felt supported. Kellie and her team bring not only warmth and responsiveness, but also strong business acumen and follow-through to ensure a great outcome. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and would highly recommend Kellie and the KP Team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and results-driven real estate team.
