It was a delight to have Kelley represent us in our pursuit of property here in East Texas. We eventually purchased a property with her help in negotiating terms and coordinating with the sellers. The purchase expanded to include non-real estate property (i.e. a tractor, zero-turn mower, and other equipment) that will be needed and necessary to maintain the property. We actually became friends with the sellers during the process and they have been incredibly helpful in getting oriented to the property and area. Kelley was also instrumental in referring me to trustworthy resources to help with several projects on the property. We look forward to engaging with her in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone.
