Katie Weeks goes beyond expectations for a realtor. She keeps on top of things, communicates about all aspects of interactions w seller's realtor & all business we need to know. Katie emails all materials then goes over them w us in person & reminds us of items for wh we are responsible. Previously we did 2 transactions w Katie & chose to do 2 transactions again this year. The office staff is personable & helpful, as well.
