Katie Jones is an amazing real estate agent! We were under contract in 4 days at full appraised value! She kept us very informed and negotiated hard on our behalf. She assisted in getting a vendor to fix a small issue uncovered during the home inspection. She always answered the phone and made us so very comfortable during the entire process. Do yourself a favor, USE HER AS YOUR AGENT!
