Our agent, Kathy Leeks Dean has been in Real Estate for decades and was extremely knowledgeable about the market in which my aunt was living. When it came time for my aunt to sell her home, a neighbor in the community recommended Kathy. She was compassionate and positive about helping us navigate a home sale. Her extensive knowledge of local resources helped us get the home prepared for sale from a distance, and she marketed the home in a way that attracted just the right buyer quickly. She has a great relationship with the Title company which helped us navigate our way through a couple of paperwork challenges with the property. Great communication, committed to making a sale, and highly professional. We are very grateful to Kathy for making great things happen for my aunt, the buyer, and the community in which the home was sold. Thank you Kathy, for going MANY EXTRA MILES to help my aunt liquidate this asset so she live well in her new environment.
