Kathy has been fantastic to work with throughout the purchase of our first property in Panama City Beach. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail, while remaining professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and would gladly refer her to friends and family.
