Hey there, and nice to meet you! Kathy is my name and stellar service is my game. Whether youâ??re looking to buy a new home, sell an existing property, or anything in between, your real estate goals will become mine. Some might say Iâ??m obsessed with giving you the best experience (just a little!). But as a full-time licensed real estate agent serving Jacksonville homebuyers and sellers who are undertaking major life investments, I believe there is no other way to do it. Because Iâ??ve personally bought and sold multiple residential properties over my lifetime, I understand your challenges and concerns. My attentiveness to your needs knows no bounds. When you call, I answer the phone (something thatâ??s tough to get nowadays) or return it quickly. For my sellers, I personally hold open houses and attend all appraisals, and closings. For buyers, I dedicate my time to search for the perfect home in your most-desired neighborhood. Just a little more about me. Iâ??m a: Full-time licensed real estate agent, available 7 days a week Rental property owner Jacksonville native (I heart Jax!) College graduate Former revenue manager at CSX Wife, mother, grandmother, and dog owner (a sweet and smart border collie named Mary!) Not sure what the next step should be?
