Kathryn (Kate) Heath was a pleasure to work with. We are new to the area and relied on her expertise regarding different neighborhoods and developments. We are also first-time homebuyers, and were grateful for her advice about what was typical or atypical in a home depending on when and where it was built, how long it had been on the market, etc. She was prompt on email, both sharing new listings with us and scheduling showtimes for listings we found online. She was flexible on weekday and weekend times to tour homes. When it came time to put an offer in, she had excellent advice about the terms of our offer, and we wound up with an accepted offer on exactly the home we wanted within a few days of first seeing it. Kate was knowledgeable about details regarding closing. Throughout, Kate was informative yet also receptive to our requests and concerns. She was professional and knowledgeable, and yet she was also personable, warm, and friendly. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to by a home in the area.
