As a Realtor(although inactive) myself, I handed over the Listing of my investment property to Kathy Delaney due to my overly scheduled life. The only thing that I asked in return was for a quick sale. Kathy took my listing on Saturday and within a week, we had a viable offer as well as a couple of possible back-up offers on the table. We just closed on our property and actually netted $38 K more than we would have if we had sold the property ourselves. We were also interested in a 1031 exchange property on the flip side and she found us just the right property in order to do the exchange. I have known Kathy for about 25 years, both professionally and personally and have always known her to be a very hard worker, upstanding and honest and I have witnessed her going to bat for the rights of others.
