Karin is a veteran realtor of the Jersey shore, and a genuinely caring and helpful person. She worked with me directly to help guide me through an awkward short sale process. She coordinated with local service providers to ensure things kept moving in a timely manner. At times she met with local  providers herself. She does not hesitate to go beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend her.
