We have recently completed the sale of our home in north Texas. This was the thirteenth purchase or sale of a personal home for us. Unequivocally, this sale was under the toughest market conditions, but it was also handled in the most complete, competent, and professional manner.

Kari Ellis has our highest recommendation. Key areas where we believe she excelled include:

Providing an updated market analysis, including comp listings, economic constraints, and recommended pricing guidelines; - Executing a remarkably diversified and complete marketing approach beyond MLS, including open houses, social media presence, magazine advertising, and reviews by other realtors; - Staging the property; - Overseeing regular upkeep since we relocated out-of-state, including walkthroughs before showings, checking mail, notifying us when service was required; - Always keeping herself accessible to us through phone, text, email for any questions or concerns on our part; - Competently guiding us through negotiations on two offers, bringing in a sale that more than met our expectations; - Expertly working through the closing details in a very tight timeframe, catching omissions, and arranging for remote notary support.

Through the entire process, Kari exhibited extraordinary patience, good humor, and a professional demeanor. She was a pleasure to work with! If there were additional ways to say that Kari was exceptional, remarkable, or amazing, we would add them to the list. We highly recommend her!!
