Rusty and I would love to take a few moments to brag about our wonderful experience with our agent, June Worthington. June went above and beyond anything that we could have ever asked for in an agent. Our process began in January of 2016 and did not end until October of 2016. During this time, June not only showed us houses that were on the market, but houses that were not on the market. She made countless trips to houses that we could not decide if the rooms were big enough, if the yard sloped too much, if our daughter could look at it when she came home from college. She made us feel like we were her only clients when in fact we knew we were not, dropping everything and changing her schedule to meet ours. She wrote several contracts for us and negotiated diligently on our behalf, listening to our opinions and complaints about crazy counteroffers, all with compassion and concern for our well-being. Finally, after exhausting the homes on the market, June contacted another Hardy agent that had had a listing in 2012 in a neighborhood that we were interested in to see if his seller at that time would be interested in selling again. As luck would have it for us, they were interested and we finally worked out a successful contract. We could not have asked for a better person to represent us as an agent but we are also truly blessed to call June our friend. Yours truly, Rusty and Vicki Blair
