Julie was great. We chose her after several interviews of top agents and she delivered. I think her best quality was that she kept us informed and has so many connections when we needed to fix items. She was essentially a one stop shop for selling your home and preparing to sell your home. Her knowledge of the selling area was second to none and she ensured that our expectations were reasonable considering the environment. She was the epitome of professionalism and fought tooth and nail for us during the negotiation process. I would definitely use her again and she has my highest recommendation for anyone looking to sell their home effectively and efficiently.
