She made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment she entered my home, and she was very honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working! I knew my property was in good hands, and I could see Julie was positive and determined to succeed. She was professional, yet warm and caring. I never doubted that she would do her best job for me, and she certainly proved it with her excellent marketing skills, and her tough negotiations. Julie's work ethic and standards are way above the bar, and she is an outstanding role model for her profession! Sincerely, Jill Greenspan Some time ago we heard the phrase "a good Realtor is worth her weight in gold". That phrase was probably written about Julie Mara. Julie has a way of dealing with clients that is very special. She made us feel we were the "only ones" and most important to her. She is soft spoken and has a quiet way that puts everyone at ease, sellers and buyers alike. Julie brought us a contract on our condo within seven days of listing and helped us find the perfect place to purchase. Everything went so smoothly we can hardly believe it's over. Baird & Warner has a real treasure in Julie Mara and is fortunate to have her with your organization. Sincerely, Blanche & Ralph Proper They also wrote a personal note saying: Working with you has been one of the greatest pleasures. You are a great Realtor but best of all you are a great person. We consider you a friend. I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I was with the service provided by Baird & Warner. I can't say enough about Julie Mara, who listed my property and held a realtor walk-through and an open house that brought my buyer in. She is extremely professional and a pleasant person to deal with, so I am not surprised that the prospective buyer spent so much time talking with her. She also helped me in the bidding process for my purchase. She knew time was of the essence, and she guided me through the steps until an agreement was reached. Whatever question I had she was always there with the answer. She was willing to help in any way. In the future, should anyone be thinking about listing their property, or purchasing property, I would not hesitate to recommend Julie Mara and Baird & Warner. Sincerely, Patricia O'Dea In May of this year (2010), we attempted and successfully completed a complicated move from another state into Illinois. There were difficulties, as always, in keeping the two escrow processes on tract, scheduling the movers, transportation, etc. Through a referral from a relative, we were very fortunate to enlist Julie Mara from your office to be our purchasing realtor. Even though the seller and buyers in this transaction were both out of state, she kept in close and constant contact with us throughout the whole process. She knew that time was of the essence, and was aware of the difficulties we were going through. We can't thank her enough for her dedication and professionalism in steering us through to a successful and timely closing. Julie kept in constant contact with us in California, and even assisted us with obtaining financing through Jim Martin in your office (which gave us "one stop shopping" convenience). We would not hesitate to refer any friends or relatives to Julie for their real estate needs, knowing they would receive the same dedicated service that she gave to us. Sincerely, Ray and Mary Wenzel On behalf of the Mundinger family, I want to thank you for all of your time, effort and personal attention you gave to us regarding the sale of Dad's condo. Best wishes to you and your family. You are a good friend! Fred Mundinger I want to thank you for helping me through this major change in my life. You couldn't have been more considerate and caring during this whole process. I'm so glad I had you to depend on. You are a great realtor and a great sister. Love, Sandy SATISFIED CLIENTS KIND WORDS: Thank you so much for making our dream house possible. Your hard work and patience were really appreciated. Debi Thanks for all of your help and advice during the home-buying process! Julie McGowan Thank you so much for selling our townhouse and helping us find our new house. We are so happy here and excited to spend our first Christmas in the house. Thank you again for all of your time and hard work. Amy and Ed THOUGHTFUL COMMENTS MADE BY CLIENTS: I can't believe what a great deal we got. Thank you so much. I was blessed the day I met you. I was so happy when my Dad and Mom chose you to list their home, you were like another daughter to them. We don't have to worry about looking for a realtor when we're ready to buy or sell again because we have you. We're going to refer you to everyone we know so that they can have the same kind of experience that we did. You're one in a million, Julie. You're such a hard worker. I don't know how you do it. We've worked with a lot of realtors and you're one of the best. You have a good work ethic. You are our realtor for life!
