This sale had to be the hardest one yet to get across the finish line. The buyer simply made up his own rules as we went along. Joyce worked diligently with his realtor (who was also very frustrated) to see this sale through to the end. Joyce was a voice of reason when we were ready to just say the deal is off and start the listing process all over again.
