Joyce was instrumental in helping us sell our home in Palm Coast. As we were in a situation where we were doing everything remotely from the other side of the country, it was critical for us to stay informed and up to date on all the things happening ‘on the ground’. Joyce was so quick to keep us up to date with a text or a phone call to make sure we were connected and clear every step of the way. Can’t recommend her enough for any real estate opportunity!
