Joy was amazing from start to finish. She was always responsive and great at communicating details. We appreciate her patience as I'm sure at times my husband and I were at a standstill, yet Joy gave excellent advise in aiding us in making the best decision for our family. Even after the sale Joy followed up making us feel like more than a transaction. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
