Joy was a joy to work with. As a first time home buyer, she helped me a lot with understanding the home buying process as well finding homes. Any time I had questions, she was responsive with answering them. Moreover when we were touring some houses, she was knowledgeable at pointing out defects the house had. I ended up settling on a newly constructed houseand she provided me with a lot of tips for maintaining it.
