Josh Waggoner is a fabulous realtor! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. Most importantly, he listens to his clients’ goals and wisely advises them as to how to reach the right price, favorable terms and a timely closing date.My wife and I have been involved in about 20 buy/sell multi-state transactions with various local professionals. Josh’s performance was top notch.
