Welcome to Joyful Chateau! My mission every single day is simple: to bring joy into someone's life. That core belief is why I became a Realtor and why I'm here to make your home transition as smooth, exciting, and stress-free as possible. Whether you're downsizing, upgrading, or searching for your dream house in the Lake Norman area, I bring a high-energy, positive approach to selling or buying your home. Having relocated from Montreal to Atlanta, Michigan, South Carolina, and finally North Carolina during a 20-year insurance career, I get the stress of moving, but I also know the magic of starting a fresh new chapter! I've called Lake Norman home since 2004, living in Huntersville, Cornelius, Mooresville, and now Troutman with my rescued mini poodle mix, Alfie. From lake life, golf, and tennis to fabulous local dining, this community has it all. Let's find your joy! BUYERS - click Property Search to look for that dream home, then email to visit great homes in the area. SELLERS - email for a free Comparative Market Analysis of your property, then let me put my skills in action for you. Licensed in North Carolina
