Jon was incredible. This was our second experience purchasing a home with a realtor over all. Jon met and exceeded our expectations and will set the bar very high if we ever have to use realtors elsewhere. If we are in Jon's region we will be using him. He was extremely responsive to all our questions and provided great advice. We were not new to the process as we have purchased a house before, but we were new to the process of buying a second home in a state we didn't live in. Jon met with us when we were in town. When we weren't in town he routinely video conferenced us new properties. He took the time to get to know us and what we wanted so he could be our eyes and ears when we couldn't physically be there. In fact, after we closed on a property he still helped us out in many ways that we didn't expect realtors to do. Long story short when needed we will be working with Jon again and recommend him to anyone without hesitations.
