I do not recall how I first learned about John. We have been looking in the South Haven area for many years and have been working with him many of those years. I was always shocked that he was immediately responsive and never intimated that we were wasting his time although that's probably how I would have felt if I had me for a client. He was always extraordinarily helpful and made the ultimate purchase experience seamless.
