I could not have had a better time selling my house with John Valenziano. He has all the attributes a good realtor should have. He is extremely knowledgeable, has the right "QUANTITY" of "push" when needed (I liked that a lot), listens, gives great suggestions, and John was just a super, super joy to work with. Will I recommend him? OF COURSE. From the time I signed the sale until house sold, John was totally on top of things, always. By the way, house sold after 2 days, in parts because he got right on it and made phone calls. I was super impressed. My daughter recommended him to me. Her experience (also a South Haven house) ,was no different than mine. What impressed her right from the start, was that John knew that she lived in Battle Creek and the steps needed to be painted for the house to have a better curb appeal. He actually went there and did it himself.....when she told me that, I told her to make sure and give me his name.....which she did.....and the rest is history.
