We had a great experience with John & Patricia. Both took the time required to explain everything on purchasing a new home. We never felt pressured to make decisions and John was very patient to explain all the paperwork. Both were attentive to our needs and the house showings went well. We would definitely recommend this team for your next purchase or sale. They are both very trustworthy, thorough, and knowledgeable. Thank you both for making this process go smoothly and stress free.- Leanne and Clint Carpenter
