I was extremely pleased with the mortgage service I received. The mortgage rate and fees were very competitive compared with all of the other lenders I considered. Their responses to my questions and concerns were also consistently quick, thorough, and extremely helpful. I especially appreciated the way Joey and Jacob worked with me throughout the process. Some of the other lenders I spoke with used high-pressure sales tactics, made fees and options unnecessarily confusing, or spoke in a condescending manner that made it seem as though I couldn’t possibly understand the details and that they should simply decide what was best for me. There was none of that with Joey and Jacob. They were straightforward, honest, and transparent, and they provided me with the information I needed to make the best decisions for my particular needs. I always felt that they were giving me options and helping me make an informed decision rather than trying to sell me something. Outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you, Joey and Jacob!
