He was warm and friendly in our interactions and took time to first figure out what my interests and goals were in home buying. He clearly knows the market and the area, providing insights on schools, neighborhoods, and local amenities. His recommendations balanced well what I wanted and what I could afford, while not compromising on what I needed from the home. Highly prepared, his experience with the home buying process was evident as he advocated for my best interests while helping me work with the buyer and lender. He explained things very well and communicated often on where we were in the process and next steps. He provided great insight and transparency whenever we talked helping me feel comfortable with what was a new process for me. There wasn't a time I felt like he didn't know what the status of things was or that Joe didn't have a handle on the situation.
