Jody Cartwright is a great realtor. He is very knowledgeable about real estate, the local market, and current trends. He is a tenacious advocate for his clients, always acting in their best interests and providing candid advice throughout the process. This is the second home we purchased with Jody, and while this process took a while as we pursued several different properties, he was always patient and understanding and gave us his best effort.
