A strength Jodi has is her responsiveness to my messages. Whether phone or text messages I always got a prompt reply no matter the time of day. She also knows current market conditions. She gave me a listing price range and the house sold within that range. I feel that her virtually staging the house in the website listing helped buyers imagine themselves living in the house and attracted them to see it in person. The house was empty at the time of sale. I was an out-of-state seller but that did not make a difference to Jodi. She stepped up to help with all the issues that came up during the negotiations and the buyer inspection.
