Joanne Knaz was a pure pleasure to deal with. It was critical that Joanne was able to answer all our questions and address our concerns promptly and she did just that. We were able to put our full trust in Joanne, everything she recommended was above and beyond. Everything ran smoothly and in a timely matter, we couldn't have been happier. It's hard to find customer service at this level these days. It was so refreshing. Our deal has closed and Joanne is still making sure we're happy. She continues to communicate with the purchasing agent and their client to ensure that the buyers have all the information they need to live comfortably in our beautiful home. That was very important to us. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that she's keeping track of the final deposit cheque that we are expecting from the office, there was no need for me to follow up on it. We're looking forward to recommending Joanne to all of our friends and family.
