Joanie is a wonderful realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods - basically, anything real estate related. She is friendly, helpful and honest. She truly does want to find you the perfect home and goes to great lengths to do that. Joanie was my realtor for three separate home sales. Nothing about any of them was easy. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
