Joan did her usual excellent job. She did her homework relating to pricing the home correctly. There were multiple offers and she advised us on the pros and cons of each one. She also kept us advised on buyer's request to address repairs indicated by the home inspection. Please note that one of the questions on the survey needs to be amended. The question is: "Did your agent inform you of the opportunity of using Blanchard & Calhoun Insurance and/or Augusta Mortgage Company?" This question doesn't apply to my co-owner and me because we were the SELLERS. Please add as an answer choice: "N/A", which would have been our answer to this question.
