We worked with Joan over many months to locate our new home in Rye. This took many twists and turns in the challenging market -- but Joan did a great job in helping us keep perspective throughout. Joan has tremendous market knowledge -- and a very firm grasp on inventory and value / price. Joan also is respected by all of the realtors in Rye and lends instant credibility to a buyer. We very much enjoyed working with Joan and would recommend her to anyone.
