Jim was outstanding and professional throughout the entire process of discussing listing options, staging the home, showings and negotiations with the buyers and their agent. I have worked with Jim for 20 years now as I have sold and purchased multiple homes with JIm in greater Indianapolis and Carmel, and will always choose to work with him in the future. He has a mastery of the local housing markets, great interpersonal skills, and the utmost integrity. He was always available for advice, support, and encouragement throughout the experience - truly an exceptional agent.
