It was a sad time for us, after our dad passed away and we had to sell our parents' home at Delaire Country Club in Delray Beach. But Jim made the process nearly painless. Not only did he work hard to find us great buyers -- but he also helped us navigate the repairs that had to be done before closing, and even found us top-notch housecleaners. Jim is an excellent communicator and a kind person, and he genuinely loves Delaire!
