While I can share a lot of positive stories about Jim and his team, this story sums it all up best.... I recall finding a house that I thought was perfect in May of 2016. Jim pointed out some issues for the house that would be a problem for a growing family. Because of Jim's input, we did not put an offer in a house. We looked at about 50 houses after that, and Jim was patient with us. Jim found us our dream house, which turned out to be in a very different location then the home I would have purchased 14 months sooner and regretted!
