Your Guide to the Northwoods I'm Jim Mulleady, and I'd love to show you the beauty of the Northwoods! Born and raised in St. Germain, I now call the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes home. With 22 years of Northwoods real estate experience and over 40 years in marketing, I have the expertise to help buyers and sellers navigate this incredible market. A proud graduate of Northland Pines High School, I've served on its school board for 12 years and am the founder of the Northland Pines Community Foundation. I'm also a board member of the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service (GNMLS), ensuring I stay at the forefront of the local real estate landscape. I earned my B.S. in Industrial Technology from UW Stout and my MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. Education is a passion of mine, and I love reading, writing, and exploring the great outdoors. The Northwoods boasts over 3,000 lakes, three national forests, a vast state forest, and thousands of acres of public land teeming with wildlife and rich history. Whether you're looking for a lakefront retreat, a cozy cabin, or a new adventure, I'd be honored to help you find your perfect place. Let's make your Northwoods dream a reality!
