I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by your broker Jim Mayer. …………what I was NOT happy with was John Wood Company tacking on a so called “Broker Processing Fee”. It may seem trivial but to me it just an example of excess. In over sixty real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, I have never heard of the fee you chose to add. Also, most importantly, it should have been spelled out beforehand. I do not fault your broker for this. Respectfully Albert P. MacDonald PO Box 739 Osterville, MA 02655
