Jill understood exactly what I did and did not like almost from the beginning of my search. She showed me properties that fit my stated criteria, but also some that stretched my ideas, which proved to be very helpful. Jill was flexible in making herself available at times that worked for me. She always answered questions promptly and provided any additional information I requested. She followed up on all the contract and closing details, keeping me informed in every step of the process. Even after closing, Jill continued to be involved in tying up several “loose ends”, communicating with all involved parties until resolution was achieved.
