Jill is hands down the best real estate professional I’ve encountered. She is not only warm, caring and understanding of one’s needs, but also logical and analytical. Her approach to real estate encompasses the whole package. Buying and selling is an emotional journey and we need more people like her to help cut through the emotions while providing the best investment (or return) possible. Her analysis and data provided really helped me make informed decisions. Jill’s communication was superior and over delivered my expectations. I never had to guess or wonder what was happening. From daily to weekly checks in’s, my home sold quickly and at a price that was reasonable for market conditions. Jill saved me from me a very unpleasant first impression of home selling agents and turned my experience to a very positive one. I knew I was in good hands from our initial meeting. Jill invested so much time to get to know the asset she was selling - she knew every board that creaked! I would not hesitate to use Jill’s services in the future and will recommend her time and time again. Thank you Jill for a wonderful experience! You are my now my forever real estate gal!
