Despite and extensive search for a new home (both on our own and with the help of various real estate agents), our quest was filled with dead ends wherever we looked.  We were delighted to meet Jill Hare - she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely focused.  Most importantly, she made it a priority to seek out whatever was most important to us.  We were impressed to see that she had the whole process down to a science and found her insights to be very useful.  As first time home buyers, we also appreciated her keen ability to anticipate and prepare us for each step of the process.  Amazingly, we eneded up buying the first place that she showed us!  We coudn't be happier with our new home and are grateful for the role she played in making the whole thing a reality!
