Jill Hare was recommended to us by a friend who had recently bought a condo with her help.  My wife and I were in the market for a condo as an investment property and as a rental for my daughter who had enrolled in a doctoral program in Chicago.  Jill is knowledgeable about the Chicago market and helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for with very few trips to Chicago since our time was limited.  We have worked with good Realtors over the years in many locations...New Jersey, South Carolina, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois.  However we were really impressed with Jill's professionalism and we consider Jill at the top of the list.  We plan to go back to her when we're ready to sell.
