Jill was a very calm, patient, and understanding agent throughout my search for exactly what I was looking for, even if I didn't know it myself, and, importantly, it was a pleasure to discuss ideas, options and neighborhoods with her in between appointments.  She was especially helpful when, after putting down initial earnest money on a property, I pulled out, and Jill smoothly extricated me in a potentiallly stressful situation.  She was always connected and available by phone and email, which I loved.
