Working with Jill, I could quickly narrow down the scope of my search.  Jill is an amazing agent that scoured the city for condos to my liking.  She is personalbe and understanding of the various aspects that face a first time buyer.  She came with insightful recommendations and was able to streamline the showings for my convenience.  She kept modifying the list of condos to show me as she gained a better understanding of what I was looking for.  I am not sitting in a wonderful condo looking out over the lake, that I found on my first day of looking!
