Jill was diligent in always making herself available to show our property, and worked hard to find a buyer.  Because we maintained a firm asking price, we held out for dozens and dozens of showings, yet Jill always retained a positive attitude.  Her greatest strength was in the negotiating phases (both buying and selling), where Jill respected that we had our bottom line and was brilliant in walking the tenuous line between maintaining a firm negotiating position on our behalf while at the same time not alienating the counter-party.  We were very pleased with her efforts in both the sale of our old prperty and in the purchase of our new one.  Rupert and Sherry
