As a first time home buyer, I was really unsure whatto expect from the home buying process. As soon as I met Jill, I was completely at ease. At my first showing, I was pleasantly surprised tofind Jill did not attempt to "sell" me the unit, butrather was happy to answer my questions and asked if Iliked this type of unit, or if I wanted to look forsomething different.Jill also sent me daily update emails with newlistings and units that fit the search criteria we hadagreed upon.  This allowed me to look at units on mytime, and simply respond to Jill with my comments.I ended up buying the first place I looked at and Jillwalked me through the entire process.  She was alwaysprompt in returning my messages, and I never felt asthought I was alone.Thanks Jill for all of your help - I love my newplace!~Anna
