There are many good Real Estate Agents out there, and even a few truly remarkable ones... but once in a while Karma Smiles, and Jessica Rinzel is the crisp honest expression of that. When we saw her at Pre-Closing this week, I said Hi Jessica, and it seemed like I really know her. But I am pretty sure this was the first time we had ever met in person. Very strange to like and trust someone this much and know almost nothing about them. She earned this level of respect from me, from being truthful, knowledgeable, and then dependable. As a Business Professional, she kept us very well informed, and me on point, which is no easy task. There was a lot of work to do, 75-100 steps, but there were no surprises. This time went smoothly, because we were told what to expect, and we were ready when we needed to be. This was all Jessica. Sharp like a knife, she is the cutting edge.
