Jessica really worked a miracle for me! First, she helped me and my fiance find the house of our dreams and made sure we were well protected through the entire negotiation. The house we found was after 2 months of multiple showings every week. Once we had our home under contract, Jessica located a buyer for my house AS IS, OFF MARKET, for a price that was 75K higher than I had hoped for. I did not have to deal with any remodeling or repairs and we all walked away happy. Jessica is an incredibly skillful agent with an eye for detail in both properties and the legal ins and outs of real estate.I would recommend her highly to my closest friends.
