I have the highest praise and recommendation for Jeri! Jeri handled the sale of my father's home in Madison Park after he passed. We went with Jeri based on her work in and knowledge of the Madison Park/Laurelhurst area. We interviewed three different experience real estate agents. Jeri was the family's unanimous selection. Beyond her knowledge of the real estate market and marketing, her contacts with other professionals that we required was extensive.. from stagers to painters, to carpet installers to vinyl suppliers. We were on a tight schedule. Jeri was able to have her list of professionals show up quickly on time, and on budget in a hot real estate market. I am a land use and real estate attorney in another city far from Seattle. I deal with a lot of real estate agents. Jeri is the best I have come across. You cannot go wrong in selecting Jeri, except you would go wrong if you did not use Jeri.
